Peethadhipathi Parampara
Sri Siddheswari Peetham at Courtallam, in Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu was established by H.H Sri Siva Chidananda Saraswathi Swamiji, popularly known as Sri Mouna Swamy, in 1936. Swamiji was the Founder-Peethadhipathi. Goddess Raja Rajeshwari Devi is the supreme and the presiding deity of this peetham. During the period of Swamiji, the peetham became a renowned center of higher knowledge and Veda Dharma and imbibed the spirit and tradition of Sri Adi Shankaracharya. After Sri Mouna Swamy also, by the grace of Goddess Adi Parashakti, we have a succession of Peethadhipathis who have been bringing laurels to this glorious Peetham.
